Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards
- Assist in the organisation and supervision of kitchen operations during service periods
- Ensure all food preparation meets safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and training as needed
- Contribute to menu development and presentation ideas to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation within a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality and consistency
- Previous experience in a similar role or restaurant environment is desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- A passion for culinary arts and continuous learning in the hospitality industry
Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
