- Supervise and oversee daily activities, ensuring safety and engagement for all clients
- Build trusting relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and respectful communication
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Assist clients with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, medication management, and mobility support
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation of care activities, incidents, and client developments
- Willing to be flexible with working times to suit business needs
Qualifications
