We’re now looking for a driven Store Manager to take full ownership of a site and play a key role in our continued growth.
What You’ll Earn:
- £14.85 per hour (£30,900 basic salary)
- Monthly performance bonus up to £275
- Uncapped commission on qualifying sales
- On-Target Earnings: £35,000 – £40,000
- Top performers earned ~25% of salary in bonus & commission last year

A Day in the Life:
No two days are the same, but typically you will:
- Handle customer enquiries (phone, online, walk-in) and convert them into move-ins
- Conduct store walkthroughs and viewings to match customers with the right solution
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across the site — from units and corridors to reception and external areas
- Review performance metrics (occupancy, revenue, conversions)
- Coordinate contractors and maintenance work
- Carry out operational checks (H&S, compliance, alarms, equipment)
- Work with the wider team on sales and marketing initiatives
- Ensure every customer receives a first-class experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Full day-to-day management of the store
- Driving sales performance and revenue growth
- Delivering excellent customer service and conversions
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards at all times
- Ensuring the store consistently reflects our high standards of hygiene and organisation
- Managing health & safety compliance
- Overseeing maintenance and contractor works
- Monitoring and reporting on store performance
- Supporting wider regional operations when required
- Handling alarm call outs / out-of-hours responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
Professional Skills:
- Experience in a sales or target-driven environment
- Strong commercial awareness
- Competent with IT systems (Excel, Outlook, CRM systems)
- Understanding of health & safety practices
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Working Hours
