The Role
Previous experience in providing skilled or semi-skilled service within the building industry, preferably in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and decoration
Carrying out daily checks on catering kitchen equipment
Repair and maintenance of catering kitchen equipment
Carrying out weekly to maintain compliance with Health and Safety, Fire Alarm Test and Emergency Light Test.
Have knowledge of Information Technology.
Coordinate with third-party contractors, good communication skills both written and oral.
Provide support and perform other duties.
Qualifications.
1. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Diploma with 17th or 18th Edition BS7671 and Commercial Gas Safe Engineer.
2. Knowledge of Catering Equipment both Electric and Gas-operated machines like fryers, Grills, Cookers and Refrigeration Equipment.
