Choices Homecare are seeking Evening and Weekend Care Assistants for our clients in locations across the Wakefield and Kirklees region. Covering the hours of 4pm - 10pm Monday - Sunday.
Rate of Pay: £13.82 per hour

What to expect in this role
Care is delivered 7 days a week between 07:00 and 23:00 We are specifically seeking evening and weekend workers. This is o cover the hours of 4pm - 10pm Monday - Sunday.
We ask for a minimum of 16 hours per week
This role is paid for care delivery time, with mileage reimbursed between calls at 30p per mile
What you will do
Support people with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Assist with medication administration and accurate documentation
Prepare meals and support with eating and drinking when needed
Encourage independence and support people with daily living tasks
Build positive relationships with service users and their families
Support emotional wellbeing and identify changes in behaviour or needs
Keep accurate records and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Respect confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries at all times
