Colston Media is a multi-media publisher of digital e-magazines covering the Midlands through to the Highlands of Scotland.
We are currently recruiting Call Centre Sales Agents to join our team based in Gloucester city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales. No previous sales experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 2:20pm
Salary & Benefits
- £14,000 – £29,000 OTE
- 28 days annual leave, plus extended paid Christmas holidays (pro rata)
- Weekly bonuses and monthly commission

Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to new and existing business customers
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Promoting and selling advertising opportunities within our digital publications
- Providing professional customer service and tailored advertising solutions
- Working towards individual and team sales targets

- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
