Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of Poolsides, Changing rooms, toilets, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Conduct routine inspections to identify cleaning needs and promptly address any spills or hazards
- Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in professional environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and reliability in completing assigned tasks on time
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report any issues promptly
