We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and support our service user in Hounslow (TW3). Responsibilities Include:
- Support your service user with their physical care needs, including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.
- Deliver person-centered care according to bespoke care plans.
- Promote independence and respect each service users spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager.
- Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment.
Clinical Skills
- Tracheostomy care (routine and emergency management)
- Overnight ventilation support
- Nebuliser administration
- Oxygen administration and oxygen saturation monitoring
- Gastrostomy feeding and medication administration via PEG
- PEG care and management
Client Overview
- Bilateral hearing loss
- Developmental delay
- PEG in situ
- Requires complex respiratory support, including tracheostomy care and overnight ventilation
Working Pattern
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday
- 10pm - 7am Monday and Tuesday
Pay Rates
- £30.00 per hour Monday to Friday Day Shift
- £32.00 per hour Monday to Friday Nights and all day Saturday
- £34.00 per hour all day Sunday
- £50.00 per hour all day Bank Holiday
Essential Skills and Qualities

Experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
