Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for experienced CSCS Groundworkers to join the major A47 North Tuddenham to Easton improvement project in Norfolk. This is a long-term opportunity on a nationally significant road infrastructure scheme, with work already underway for over 1.5 years and expected to continue.
The A47 North Tuddenham to Easton project is a major £300 million road-dualling scheme, managed by National Highways and constructed by Galliford Try. The 5.5-mile (9km) upgrade will improve the A47 between Norwich and Dereham, helping to ease congestion, improve safety, and complete the dual-carriageway link.

Carry out digging, shovelling and general groundworks duties

Assist with excavation, site preparation and earthworks

Support groundworkers and site teams across the project

Work safely around plant, machinery and other construction operations

Follow site instructions and health & safety procedures at all times

Maintain clean, safe and organised working areas
-
Report hazards, unsafe conditions and near misses immediately

Support the wider site team to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

Valid CSCS Card

Previous groundworks or civil engineering experience preferred

Experience carrying out digging, shovelling and general labouring duties

Good understanding of construction site safety and working around heavy plant
-
Reliable, hardworking and team-focused attitude
-
Ability to work effectively in a busy civil engineering environment

Physically fit and prepared for manual outdoor work

£16.80 per hour (PAYE)
