Yard Location: Radlett, Hertfordshire
Work Location: Mainly London, with occasional work away

We are looking for an experienced Groundworker / Digger Driver to join our team for an immediate start. Our yard is based in Radlett, and working days will generally start from the yard before travelling to sites. Most of our projects are based across London.
Role will include:
- Operating excavators ranging from 1.8T to 8T
- Ground breaking and excavation works
- Hand digging and trial pits
- Utility exposure
- Excavation support and shoring
- Concrete coring and breaking
- General groundworks and site investigation activities
Essential Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Excavator/Digger ticket – ESSENTIAL
- Full UK Driving Licence – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience operating excavators and carrying out groundworks
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Flexible to work across different sites
- Available for immediate start
There will also occasionally be opportunities to work away from home and undertake night shifts, depending on project requirements. Accommodation will be arranged where applicable.
