Food Production Technician
Location: Cookstown Salary: £12.71-£13.77 per hour, plus overtime Hours: 7:00am-7:00pm / 7:00pm-7:00am Shift Pattern: 3 days, 3 days off, 3 nights
We are recruiting Food Production Technicians to join a modern, highly automated cheese and whey production facility in Cookstown.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate automated cheese and whey production equipment.
- Monitor production processes, quality and safety standards.
- Maintain high hygiene standards, including CIP cleaning procedures.
- Identify and report production or equipment issues.
- Work independently and as part of a busy production team.
Essential Criteria
- At least four GCSEs, including English, Mathematics and Science at Grade C or above.
- Experience working on manufacturing lines using computerised control systems.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing standards, including HACCP and CIP/COP procedures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, flexible and comfortable working rotating day and night shifts.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous food production or processing experience.
- Food Safety training or qualification.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
