Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar activities, ensuring smooth service and efficient operations
- Lead and motivate the bar team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment
- Oversee food preparation and beverage presentation to meet quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food production procedures
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock rotation to minimize waste
- Train staff on serving techniques, cocktail mixing, and hospitality best practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a bar or restaurant setting with team management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and beverage service
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and food production processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Background in culinary experience or kitchen operations is a plus
- Barista experience or expertise in serving beverages enhances candidacy
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
