Conservation Builders Limited, a family-owned business that has been building luxurious bespoke properties from traditional Cotswold stone homes, oak frames, blockwork SIP structures and award-winning eco homes for over 20 years.
We are seeking to recruit dedicated and skilled Carpenters on a self employed basis to join our team. All subcontractors are required to hold in date Public Liability Insurance however if you do not yet hold the relevant insurances, we can put you in touch with partner companies where you can obtain this before works commence.
This is a role based at our beautiful Silverlake Estate, providing consistent and reliable work and pay. Our site working hours are 40 hours per week across 5 days, Monday to Friday, 07:30 am - 4:30 pm, with fortnightly pay.
What you’ll be doing:
- First and second fixing
- Window fitting
- External cladding
- Ad hoc carpentry tasks
We’d love you to have:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- High standards of workmanship
- Proficient in reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
- Work independently and as a team
- Own transport and tools
