Diverse Trainers is looking for an experienced and passionate Freelance Tutor & Assessor to deliver and assess a range of nationally recognised fitness and sports massage qualifications. We are seeking a motivated professional who is committed to helping learners achieve their goals while maintaining the highest standards of education and assessment. This role will include weekends.
Location: Flexible (Delivery at Diverse Trainers training venues and/or blended learning, depending on course requirements)
Job Type: Freelance / Self-Employed Working Pattern: Midweek and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications You Will Deliver & Assess
- Level 2 Gym Instructor
- Level 3 Personal Training
- Level 3 Mat Pilates
- Reformer Pilates
- Level 3 Sports Massage
Desirable Qualifications:
Essential Requirements
Applicants must hold all of the following:
- Level 3 Assessor qualification (mandatory)
- Level 3 Certificate in Education and Training (or equivalent teaching qualification) (mandatory)
- Relevant industry qualifications in the subjects they will be teaching and assessing
- Current occupational competency and industry experience
- Excellent communication and learner support skills
- A professional, organised, and reliable approach to delivery and assessment
Desirable
- Previous experience delivering regulated vocational qualifications
- Experience with blended and face-to-face learning
- Up-to-date CPD within the fitness and sports massage industry
