About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Support Specialist to join our Customer Happiness Team at BOFI HQ. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice guiding every customer from first enquiry through to delivery, making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer email, message and live-chat enquiries about new or existing orders
- Track, modify, and update customer purchases, liaising with suppliers and our warehouse
- Collaborate with the wider team to resolve complex or unusual orders
- Process returns & warranty tickets
What We’re Looking For
This role would suit someone who:
- Is passionate about cars and loves helping people
- Communicates clearly and stays calm when juggling multiple tasks
- Has a basic understanding of car mechanics (MX-5 knowledge is a bonus)
- Works independently, taking ownership of their work
- Thrives in a close-knit team and enjoys problem-solving
Desirable Experience
(Not essential – training provided)
- Familiarity with CRM or order-management systems
- Previous customer service, sales-support, or technical-support role
- Live-chat or quoting tool experience
