An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and supportive administrator to join our busy and dedicated team based within the Ridgeway at Roseberry Park.
Roseberry Park is an inpatient forensic mental health unit providing services and delivering care to the Tees Valley area. This unit is situated on Marton Road, Middlesbrough and benefits from free on-site parking and is easily accessed by car, bus and bicycle.
As a member of the Ridgeway Admin Team, you will work in an office at the centre of a ward. The office is an area of high activity, and no two days are the same. If you are looking for a new challenge, enjoy variety in your work and are looking to be part of a team striving to make a difference, we will welcome your application for this role.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
Whilst having previous experience in an administrative role is essential, NHS or other health care experience is not. We are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion for people, customer service experience, an interestin working in a health care setting and a 'can do' attitude.
The Ward Team Administrator role is pivotal in the day-to-day operations of the ward teams. As part of this role, you will work closely with the Nursing team, Consultants, Medics and the wider Ridgeway Service teams to provide the best possible care to the service user(s).
We are looking for someone who is able to multitask in a busy environment, communicate confidently, prioritise their workload, meet deadlines and build strong working relationships with a variety of people.
We are the Mental Health & Learning Disability NHS Trust for County Durham and Darlington, Teesside, North Yorkshire, York and Selby.
From education and prevention, to crisis and specialist care -our talented and compassionate teams work in partnership with our patients, communities and partners to help the people of our region feel safe, understood, believed in and cared for.
We nurture the recovery journey of anyone in need of our help. In Our Trust, everyone has a say in how they are supported and treated because we listen to every person in our care until they feel understood. Our patients, their families and carers work together with us towards better mental health.
We're committed to new thinking that improves the wellbeing of our region. We connect with our communities and partners to get mental health care right, in areas that really need it.
We won't rest until everyone in our region has the mental health care they need, to lead their best possible life.
