Garden Maintenance Operative - Full Time

Bates House & Garden Maintenance Ltd are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing team.
Role includes:
* Grass cutting (domestic & commercial)
* Hedge trimming
* General garden maintenance tasks
* Working as part of a 2–3 man team
What we offer:
* Minimum 35 hours per week contract, with typical hours between 40-45 hours per week

Requirements:
* Enjoy working outdoors
* Good knowledge and interest in gardening
* Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
* Experience using garden machinery (and basic maintenance)
* Reliable and hardworking
* Able to work in all weather conditions
* Good understanding of health & safety
* Strong teamwork and communication skills

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
