Domestic Supervisor at Cotswold Chine School, Minchinhampton, William Morris School, Eastington & Paradise House at Painswick
Novalis Trust is a charity that supports children and adults with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties and other learning needs. The Domestic Supervisor position is based at Cotswold Chine School, William Morris School & Paradise House, to manage all aspect of the Domestic staff team.
Responsibilities for this role:
- To allocate, coordinate and oversee the daily workload of the Domestic Team, providing guidance and support as required.
- To conduct staff supervisions and appraisals in line with Trust policies and procedures.
- To ensure domestic teams have access to the equipment, supplies and resources needed to carry out their duties effectively.
- To provide hands-on support with domestic duties when required, helping to cover staffing shortages and maintain service continuity across Novalis Trust sites

- Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm,
- William Morris is a 39 week position, Cotswold Chine and Paradise House is a 52 week position.

Requirements for this role are:
- Self-Motivated, with the ability to understand the needs of the team to ensure allocation of tasks
- To ensure all Domestic staff receive regular supervision and an Annual Appraisal to support their development
- Some experience of managing a team desirable but full training will be given.
- Understanding the Quality Assurance processes in the homes and the expectation of the team to follow set policies and procedures.

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
