Dental Nurse – Harrow Area (Mixed Practice)

A friendly, well‑established mixed dental practice in the Harrow area is looking to welcome a motivated and reliable Dental Nurse to join their supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to grow their career, with clear progression available into a Head Nurse position.
The Role
- Full-time, permanent position
- Working within a mixed NHS/private practice
- Supporting clinicians across a range of treatments
- Opportunity to take on additional responsibility and leadership over time
Working Hours
- Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
- Wednesday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm (1 per month, with a day off in lieu)
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance across general dental treatments
- Maintaining high standards of cross infection control and decontamination
- Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
- Supporting smooth patient flow and diary management
- Providing a high level of patient care and communication
- Assisting with reception duties where required
Candidate Requirements
- GDC registered Dental Nurse (essential)
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (3+ years also considered)
- Strong knowledge of general dentistry
- Confident with SOE / Exact software (desirable)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
