Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm

The role of Accounts Administrator:
-
Create and issue customer invoices in line with individual requirements and strict deadlines
-
Upload invoices to customer portals as required
-
Monitor customer payments and escalate overdue balances to management when necessary

Communicate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing and payment queries
-
Assist in improving processes and supporting automation initiatives

Monitor and manage fuel surcharges

Support annual and ad hoc audit requests

Process customer credit requests by collecting required financial information

Assist the allocation team by providing accurate allocation details
The ideal Accounts Administrator:

Strong mathematical and numerical skills
-
Customer service experience preferred
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
