About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and ambitious accounting practice as an Executive Assistant & Business Development Coordinator.
This is far more than a traditional PA role. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and commercially minded, who can provide executive support while helping drive the growth of the business.
The successful candidate will become a trusted right-hand person, helping manage day-to-day operations, keeping priorities on track and contributing to business development initiatives.
The business owner has cerebral palsy and benefits from support with organisation, prioritisation and maintaining focus. This is not a personal care role. Instead, it is a professional support position focused on enabling productivity, efficiency and business growth.

* Prioritising workloads and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Helping maintain focus, organisation and accountability throughout the working day.
* Preparing documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.

* Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and systems.
* Assisting with marketing, networking and business development activities.
* Researching and developing opportunities to attract new clients.
* Building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
* Working independently, using initiative and taking ownership of tasks.

* Is proactive and able to anticipate needs without constant direction.
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
