Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Bar/Waiting Staff to join our team at The Evenhill in Littlebourne. You will welcome guests, take food and drink orders and serve food. Our team is multi skilled so the role will include bar work as well.
Duties
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service to all guests
- Ensuring tables are cleared promptly and set up for new guests
- Handling payments accurately using the POS system and providing correct change
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including bar and dining spaces
- Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service
Skills
- Previous experience bartending & working in hospitality is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming manner
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
A minimum of 16 hours a week is offered, which will include lunchtime, evening or weekend shifts. You will also be required to work on Bank holidays.
Must be able to commute to Littlebourne as due to location of the pub, public transport cannot be relied upon
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
