We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring effective contract management, optimising supplier performance, and upholding governance standards across our Operations function.
As the key point of contact, you will coordinate seamlessly between Operations, Finance, Procurement, and external partners to ensure contractual obligations, SLAs, and financial controls are consistently met. What You'll Do:

Manage the end to end contract lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal, and termination processes

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs, supporting regular review meetings

Validate purchase orders, invoices, and billing data to ensure compliance with contract terms and identify cost saving opportunities

Maintain accurate contract and asset records within the CMMS (E Quip), ensuring data integrity for reporting and audits

Act as a key liaison between Finance, Operations, Procurement, and suppliers to coordinate activities and resolve issues

Ensure adherence to internal policies, financial controls, and regulatory standards, supporting audit readiness

Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and workflow efficiency

Support financial controls through reconciliation, accruals, and reporting, highlighting financial risks and opportunities
What You Bring:
-
Experience with CMMS systems, (E Quip training will be provided)
-
Proven experience in a technical customer service team role, ideally within maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.

Experience with data analysis in excel, comparing information across different contracts.

Desirable experience with finance and contract management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills,

Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Familiarity with CRM systems, service management platforms, and reporting tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Knowledge of maintenance services, workflows, and terminology is highly desirable.
