What You’ll Be Doing
As our Wellbeing Lead, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of residents by:
- Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
- Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all
- Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones
- Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement
- Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety
- Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing
- Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement

We’re seeking someone who is:
- Warm, approachable, and brimming with positivity
- Organised, reliable, and confident in planning events
- Creative, enthusiastic, and able to motivate others
- Passionate about improving the lives of older people
- Able to work flexibly across some evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a care or activity setting is a bonus, but we’re just as interested in your personality and values
