Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Full-Time Transport Planner to join our team. As Transport Planner you will be the first point of contact for member bookings and enquiries, you will be required to accurately record details of all transport requests on a daily basis, and you will hold responsibility for maintaining an efficient and effective scheduling system through a web-based bespoke transport management system. We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, great with people, and loves keeping things organised to join our team.

- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements
Essential
- A minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above, or equivalent, to include English and Mathematics.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (demonstrate experience of communicating effectively with others).
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable
- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL Core) Qualification.
- Previous experience gained within the passenger transport sector.
- Community development interest and wider knowledge of rural issues.

Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
