Day shift: 07:00–19:00
Night shift: 19:00–07:00
Job description
DOR Solutions is recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to work within a busy cargo warehouse in Slough.
This is a mixed role combining counterbalance forklift driving with general warehouse duties. Candidates must be willing to assist with warehouse tasks when forklift work is not required.
Main duties
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely
- Loading and unloading cargo
- Moving and positioning goods within the warehouse
- Picking, packing and preparing cargo for dispatch
- Checking incoming and outgoing goods
- Reporting damaged or missing items
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Keeping the working area clean and organised
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous counterbalance forklift and warehouse experience
- Ability to provide a full five-year employment, education and gap history
- Criminal record check required
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit
- Available to work day or night shifts
