Job Title: Chef, Cook / Kitchen Assistant
Location: Y Bryn A'r Bragdy, Brynhoffnant, Llandysul.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team and help lead kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently. You will be responsible for kitchen cleanliness, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in a timely manner
- Helping create specials that are creative, seasonal, and cost-effective
- Monitor inventory level, stock rotation, and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Manage food preparation schedules and ensure quality control
- Stay current with culinary trends and new techniques
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook or relevant role
- Culinary degree or certification preferred but all levels considered.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Creativity and passion for food
Work Conditions:
- Fast-paced kitchen environment
- Require evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
- Split shifts
Wage: Depending on experience and discussed further at interview.
Additional Pay: Tips

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
