Job Overview

Duties
- Install a wide range of blinds, shutters, and window coverings using hand tools and power tools
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and building codes
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain product features and installation processes
- Conduct site assessments to identify any structural or technical challenges before installation
- Perform minor repairs or adjustments to existing window coverings as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after installations
Skills
- Skilled in using hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, measuring tapes, and levels
- Familiarity with power tools required for precise installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills to adapt to various site conditions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
