In this lively role, you will help the Events Supervisor to lead and coordinate day-time operations during our exciting Halloween event, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all guests.
Your energetic leadership will help bring the spooky season to life, inspiring both visitors and team members alike. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your management skills while immersing yourself in the festive spirit of Halloween.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest services throughout the event
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently during daytime hours
- Manage guest interactions, addressing questions, concerns, and providing a positive experience for visitors
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure safety protocols are followed and all areas are well-maintained
- Assist in training new staff on event procedures, safety standards, and guest engagement techniques
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce event policies to maintain a safe environment for everyone
- Handle any on-site issues promptly, escalating concerns as necessary to ensure seamless operations
Skills
- Proven management experience with strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate teams
- Background in hospitality or guest services with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to stay energetic, positive, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety procedures and crowd management best practices
- Flexibility to work during daytime hours on designated event dates

Pay: £10.85-£13.00 per hour
