About the Role
Good Access is an Accessibility and Neurodiversity specialist training company based in Redhill,. We are seeking an experienced part-time professional to manage our financial records and payroll processing. This is a permanent, part-time position offering excellent work-life balance and a supportive, inclusive working environment.
Location & Flexibility
The physical workspace is based in Redhill, Surrey. We support an agile working model with excellent options for regular remote working once initial onboarding is complete.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Ledger Management: Maintain accurate records of all day-to-day financial transactions.
- Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll, manage pension contributions, and submit HMRC returns.
- Invoicing & Accounts: Handle client invoicing, credit control, and supplier payments.
- Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and assist with VAT preparation.
- Reporting: Prepare basic monthly financial updates for the management team.
Requirements & Experience
- Essential: Proven, hands-on experience using Xero accounting software.
- Proven background as a Bookkeeper, Payroll Clerk, or Finance Officer.
- Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation, auto-enrolment pensions, and HMRC compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a self-motivated approach.

- Position: Part-Time, Permanent
- Hours: 12 to 20 hours per week (expect to grow quickly)
- Schedule: Flexible days and hours to suit the right candidate.
- Salary: £18.50 to £21.50 per hour negotiable depending on experience
