Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Joinery Factory Production Manager with proven garden buildings and hands on joinery experience within a dynamic wood working factory to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of garden room and joinery factory production, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and optimal inventory levels.
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase overall operational effectiveness.
- Oversee quality control procedures to guarantee products meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Supervise assembly lines and mechanical operations, providing guidance on technical issues and troubleshooting equipment as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and initiating corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans proactively.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of management systems for inventory management, production planning, and reporting.
