Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organised records and files both digitally and physically
- Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Support team members with various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle incoming correspondence and respond appropriately when required
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous clerical experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for specific software or procedures if needed

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
