We are a small private care organisation based in Gwent looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to support us in developing and growing both Supported Living and Community based services in Pontypool and the surrounding areas within Gwent.
You will be responsible for managing Support staff to provide excellent standards of care to the individuals we support.
You will be managing between 1 and 2 supported living houses supporting individuals to live within their own homes.
Duties will include rota management, completing care plans and risk assessments, supervising staff, arranging and completing team meetings and liaising with MDT's.
The management team are office based Monday - Friday but working schedules can be flexible depending on the needs of the service.

Experience of managing in a social care setting is essential with an understanding of Supported Living and individuals with complex health needs.
NVQ 4/5 desirable but will work with the right candidate to work through their NVQ4/5 and additional training as required.
