Peloton Events are a leading conference producer, working across much of the public sector, including rail, hydrogen, health and housing. Established in 2016 our events serve as a platform for public and private sector to come together to share best practice and as part of our growth plans we are looking to expand our event portfolio.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Conference Producer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your organisational skills, communication expertise, and industry knowledge to create impactful events that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, policy developments and challenges across a range of sectors.
- Developing compelling conference agendas and content that address the key issues facing industry professionals.
- Identifying, engaging and securing high-profile speakers from across the public sector.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders, speakers and advisory groups.
- Working closely with sales director to ensure conference content aligns with audience demand and commercial objectives.
- Coordinating speakers throughout the event lifecycle to ensure a seamless experience from invitation through to event delivery.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in conferences, events, media, communications or journalism would be advantageous.
- Excellent research skills and a genuine interest in understanding industry challenges and market trends.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting ability, with the confidence to create engaging content that captures the attention of senior audiences.
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, including public sector leaders and industry experts.
- Ability to work independently whilst also contributing effectively as part of a small, collaborative team.
- A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Pay: From £22.00 per hour
