Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing customer interactions, coordinating service appointments, and supporting the overall efficiency of our service department. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service and support.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources.
- Upsell additional services or products where appropriate to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and billing information.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, and report generation.
- Provide mechanical knowledge when necessary to assist with basic troubleshooting or customer queries related to services offered.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles within a similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential; willingness to learn is important.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work well within a team while maintaining a high level of independence when required. - Experience with a fire extinguisher company or previous knowledge of the Uptick service software is desirable but not essential.
Pay: £24,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
