Office Financial Administrator (Part-Time)
We are looking for an organised and reliable Office Financial Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong finance administration skills who enjoys working independently and managing a variety of office and accounting tasks.
Hours:
- Up to 20 hours per week
- Flexible working hours across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Salary:
- Competitive, dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the sales ledger
- Processing and maintaining the purchase ledger
- Preparing and processing payroll
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Managing VAT records and preparing VAT returns
- General office administration and record keeping
- Office maintenance and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience using Sage 50
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
