About the Role
To support the continued growth of the marketing function by leading the operational delivery of marketing campaigns and events, while working closely with the Marketing Manager to align activity with the wider commercial, education and partnership strategy.

Hours, Location & Responsibilities
Hours: 40 hours per week, worked flexibly to meet operational demands.
Location: Hybrid working model, typically 1–2 days per week at our TEAMCo Offices.
Travel & Unsociable Hours: Regular UK travel is required. Some evening and weekend work will be necessary during peak periods. Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) will be provided in accordance with company policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
- Manage the operational delivery of exhibitions, conferences, webinars, networking events and partner activities.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns support business development, lead generation and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate marketing activity across internal departments and external partners, ensuring campaigns and events are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Support the ongoing development and optimisation of CRM, CMS and marketing systems, ensuring accurate reporting, audience segmentation and campaign tracking.
- Analyse campaign and event performance, using data and insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support digital marketing activity, including website content, email marketing and marketing automation.
- Champion the use of AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency, campaign effectiveness and marketing innovation.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to improve operational processes, workflows and planning across the marketing function.
Person Specification:
A good understanding of or interest in education, skills, and assessment sectors.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years' marketing experience.
- CIM qualified (or working towards CIM) preferred.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Strong campaign and project management experience.
- Experience coordinating events and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM and CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
- Commercially minded with excellent organisational and communication skills.
