Junior Conveyancer (fully remote)
Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to take that next step in their career - within a collaborative, supportive firm?
Stride Recruitment are working alongside one of the country's leading Conveyancing firms, who are seeking experienced Conveyancing Paralegals to join their team as Junior Conveyancers , on a fully remote working basis.
The Role:
- Assisting with a manageable caseload of sale and purchase files, from inception to completion
- Dealing with sale enquiries
- Basic freehold title checks
- Reviewing searches and mortgage offers and reporting on your findings
- Exchange and completion formalities
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents throughout the transaction
The Reward:
- Market leading salary up to £37,000 per annum (DOE)

The Requirements:
- You will be an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, confident dealing with a broad range of files
- Able to title check freehold purchases
- Confident user of a case management system
