Join Our Team as a Community Key Support Worker
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives?
Do you believe in recovery, independence, and building brighter futures?
We’re looking for a Community Support Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting people with mental health needs to live fulfilling and independent lives in their community.
About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, no two days are the same. You’ll:
- Provide practical and emotional support tailored to each person’s needs.
- Help people develop daily living skills like cooking, shopping, or budgeting.
- Encourage access to education, training, work, and leisure opportunities.
- Support individuals to stay well, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals.
- Work alongside families, carers, and professionals to ensure people get the right support.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll see the real difference your support makes every day.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, patient, and a great listener.
- Flexible and resilient when faced with challenges.
- Able to build trusting relationships and work as part of a team.
- Committed to promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion.
Experience in mental health support is welcome, but not essential — what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training and ongoing development.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay and benefits.
- Flexible working hours to support work-life balance.
- Comprehensive training and career progression opportunities.
- Regular supervision and wellbeing support.
- The chance to be part of a supportive, passionate team making a real difference.
