At Alliance Transfer Service, we understand the importance of safe, reliable, and professional home-to-school transport. We work in partnership with local councils and schools across Doncaster, ensuring students travel safely, comfortably, and on time.
We are currently recruiting Passenger Assistants to join our team, working approximately 10–25 hours per week. The role offers a competitive rate of £12.71 per hour.
Applicants living in Balby, Conisbrough, Hatfield, Stainforth, Doncaster City Centre, and surrounding areas are particularly encouraged to apply.
Work will be based in and around Doncaster. Full transport will be provided for successful candidates.
Please note that an Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Safely escort children from home to school in the mornings and from school or college back home in the afternoons.
- Ensure each child boards the vehicle safely and is seated securely before travel commences.
- Provide care, support, and supervision for children and young people throughout the journey, including those with additional needs.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with parents, carers, schools, and drivers.
- Help create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all passengers.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.
