The Role
We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will help ensure our lodges and resort facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.
This role would particularly suit:

Experienced cleaners or housekeepers

Self-employed cleaners seeking regular, dependable hours

Individuals who take genuine pride in high standards and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service lodges to a high standard

Work to daily arrival/departure lists to prioritise lodge cleaning

Prepare individual laundry bags with bedding and towels
-
Restock guest supplies (toilet roll, hand wash, etc.)
-
Report maintenance issues, faults, and damages promptly
-
Use and store cleaning materials safely
-
Maintain good communication with other departments
-
Handle cleaning-related complaints professionally
-
Be flexible and assist with other duties when needed

About You
The ideal candidate will:

Have at least 1 year of cleaning/housekeeping experience (preferred)

Be reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively

Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Take pride in delivering consistently high standards

Have a positive, can-do attitude
