We're recruiting on behalf of a premium residential care provider seeking an outstanding Registered Manager to lead a beautiful, purpose-built care home in Lincoln. The Role
As Registered Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the operational, commercial and clinical success of the home. You'll lead from the front, creating a positive culture where residents receive exceptional care, colleagues feel valued and supported, and the home continues to thrive within the local market.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for driving occupancy, maintaining premium weekly fee levels, developing your management team and ensuring the home consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, creating a positive culture where colleagues are supported, developed and empowered to succeed.
- Drive occupancy through effective marketing, relationship building and local networking, ensuring the home remains the provider of choice within the area.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain private fee-paying residents while maintaining strong weekly fee rates.
- Deliver outstanding, person-centred care that exceeds CQC standards and reflects the home's luxury offering.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring strong commercial performance alongside excellent care outcomes.
- Recruit, coach and nurture staff, developing future leaders and creating high levels of engagement and retention.
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful, you'll be an experienced Registered Manager with a strong blend of operational excellence, commercial awareness and people leadership.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a residential or nursing care home.
- A proven track record of increasing and sustaining occupancy.
- Experience working within the private pay market, with a strong understanding of attracting self-funded residents and maintaining premium weekly fees.
- A genuine passion for developing and nurturing staff, creating high-performing, engaged and stable teams.
- A history of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
