Experienced Multi Trader Required for work in London and the home counties.
Job involves all aspects of property maintenance work and installation
Working Hours Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm (Salary £35 – 55k PA based on experience)
You will be required to work some weekends / evenings.
Applicants MUST have the following attributes:
· Core Plumbing (Toilets / Taps / Pipework repairs)
· Other Core Repair Skills
· Cutting and patching plasterboard (Making good)
· Small amounts of retiling
· Small carpentry jobs
· Fitting / changing door handles and locks
· Reliable
· Good time keeping
· Positive can-do attitude
· Must have own tools
· Minimum 5 yrs experience in domestic and/or commercial settings
· Must have a track record of working in this field - Commercial Based Experience is required.
Full UK or valid international Driving Licence
Our Ideal applicant would hold:
· Level 2, 3 & NVQ plumbing
· Level 2, 3 & NVQ carpentry
· Ipaf card for 3a & 3b
Gas or electrical qualifications
· CSCS Card
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
