Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties
- Supervise daily operations and manage the workflow of the team.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to management.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any incidents that occur.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a relevant industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to the workplace.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
- Not a requirement but communication is Polish or Ukrainian will be considered as a plus
