- Wash and clean components using approved cleaning equipment and materials.
- Inspect parts for dirt, damage, defects, or contamination before packing.
- Dry parts thoroughly to prevent corrosion or damage.
- Pack parts according to company specifications and customer requirements.
- Label packages accurately with part numbers, batch numbers, and other required information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Operate washing and packing equipment safely and report any faults.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
- Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.
- Assist with stock movement and material handling when required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse processes.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to lift and move parts safely (within company manual handling and lifting guidelines).
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential
