As our Registered Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. Working closely with the CEO and senior team, you'll lead a dedicated workforce, maintain high clinical and operational standards and continue our journey towards achieving an Outstanding CQC rating.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
- Driving quality improvement and ensuring continued compliance with CQC standards.
- Supporting, coaching and developing managers and staff to reach their full potential.
- Overseeing occupancy, admissions and relationships with residents and their families.
- Working closely with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
- Monitoring performance, quality assurance and governance to ensure the service continues to excel.
- Playing a key role in the strategic development of the home alongside the CEO and senior leadership team.
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience managing a residential care home as a Registered Manager is essential.
- A strong background in elderly care and a passion for delivering outstanding services.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support and develop high-performing teams.
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Social Care (or equivalent).
- Excellent IT skills and a good understanding of administration systems, business processes and best practice.
