We’re on the lookout for a talented, energetic Weekend Barista to join our friendly crew at Artist Residence Bristol – our eclectic townhouse hotel and neighbourhood hangout with a lively café-bar at its heart.
The Role
You’ll be at the centre of our busy weekend brunch service, making sure every coffee and drink is spot-on, while keeping service smooth and speedy.
Your role will include:
- Making consistently excellent coffee, fast and efficiently
- Preparing fresh juices, soft drinks, and brunch cocktails
- Keeping your station organised, clean and well-stocked
- Helping create a warm, welcoming vibe for every guest
- Working closely with the FOH team to keep service flowing
About You
- A skilled barista with experience in a fast-paced café, bar, or restaurant
- Strong, efficient, tidy and calm under pressure
- Warm, friendly and confident interacting with guests
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality, with great attention to detail
- Reliable and happy to work both Saturday and Sunday, approx. 8am–3/4pm
