Shifts: Any 5 out of 7 days (must include at least 1 weekend day, ideally both), AM shifts available
Rates
Earn £215–£235 per day PLUS additional bonuses

Daily Rates
- Monday–Friday: £215 per day
- Saturday: £225 per day
- Sunday: £235 per day
Additional Earnings Available
Alongside your daily rate, you can earn:
- £50 bonus for completing a 3-part run
- £107.50 extra for completing an additional half shift (available to experienced, efficient drivers)
- Additional Lidl work available throughout the week, earning between £19 and £57 per extra shift, depending on the work completed
Drivers who are reliable, experienced and work efficiently have excellent opportunities to maximise their weekly earnings.
About the Role:
We are recruiting experienced LTD Registered HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our growing Luton operation delivering to Lidl stores.
This is a physically active role delivering chilled, frozen and ambient products using electric pump trucks.
Typical Shift
- Around 12-hour shifts
- Minimum of 2 store deliveries on Part 1
- Return to RDC
- Minimum of 2 further store deliveries on Part 2
- Opportunity to complete additional work where available
Drivers will complete multiple store deliveries throughout each shift, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient deliveries.

Training
- 4 days of fully paid training
- Ongoing support from our experienced transport team
Shift Patterns
- Any 5 days from 7
- Must work at least one weekend day (both preferred)
- Additional shifts regularly available
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Be LTD Registered or willing to use our LLP Payment Solution
- Full UK Category C+E Licence
- Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience
- Previous store delivery or multi-drop experience preferred
- Professional attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
- No DD, DR, CD, CU, IN, LC, TT or XX endorsements
- Maximum 6 penalty points
