Maintenance person needed for a 17 bed residential care home located in Brownhills.
hours will be flexible on working days and times and will be a minimum of 20 hours per week
Duties undertaken will include upkeep of the building repairs, overall maintenance of the home and the grounds, audits and other tasks to maintain and improve compliance of health and safety
