Summary
We are seeking a dedicated , passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team at The Blue Strawberry Kids Daycare Ltd in Leamington Spa, with the aim to work with our Toddler aged children . This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide a fantastic early childhood education and care, ensuring each child's individual needs are met with professionalism and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's development.
- Support children's emotional, social, and physical growth through caring interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the nursery’s educational programs.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Must Hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a nursery or similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to manage behaviours in a positive way.
